| Body Mind Integration
Body Mind Integration is a process that integrates the right and left hemispheres of the brain permanently. You only have to do it once. It boosts the immune system and corrects brain dominance. It also corrects long standing energy imbalances. Lack of integration can create ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, sugar addictions, yeast over growth, fuzzy thinking, being overly emotional or overly logical. The whole system is compromised when we are not integrated. Research estimates that at least 90% of the population is not integrated.
People who have had trauma and dysfunction in their childhoods seem to suffer more as a result of not being integrated. Also people who are facing a difficult healing crises need to have an integrated brain pattern in order to heal.
Life works better when integrated because the basic wiring system in the body is working properly. Not being integrated is like have a constant short circuit in your body's electric system. There is always a glitch in your operating system.
When thinking about whether or not to have this process done. Remember that you only do it once. It also makes every therapy or medicine your taking work much better because your body/mind is efficient where it wasn't before.

Energy Healing is one of the fastest ways to feel and function better.
There are a variety of ways to heal with energy. Most people are familiar with Reiki. That is probably one of the most well known energy therapies. I use a combination of modalities and therapies. Reiki is one of them. I also use EFT, TAT, IET, Whole Hearted Healing, Immunics, Into This Moment, Spiritual Releasement, Dynamic Energy Healing, Theta Healing and Merge Work. This system is a combination of what i've studied and practiced over 20 plus years.
The Merge Work is an Etheric Surgery or Psychic Surgery on your energy system. I merge my consciousness with non-physical Light beings who in turn use me to heal you. You will experience a deep sense of relaxation, and an expanded sense of consciousness. You may also be tired after the session for a day or two. In Energy Medicines people experience feeling tired because of the depth and focus of the healing.
In a session I may give you some EFT or meditative techniques or grounding exercises, something to keep you moving forward. Healing ones life takes time. It isn't done over night and it moves much more quickly if you are willing to help yourself. Energy work helps you but you have to be a willing participant.
This is not like psychotherapy. It is not analysis or talk therapy. It is much, much quicker than that. Imagine you are a white cloth filled with dark spots and that those dark spots prevent you from seeing who and what you are and what you are capable of. This work removes the dark spots so that you can 'see' who and what you really are.

CO is a movement based art process based on The Life/Art Process of Anna Halprin. CO is a creative, intuitive process that helps you get more in touch with yourself, become grounded in your center, find and live from your authentic self while somatically releasing that which holds you back. This process also develops your intuition and unblocks your creativity.

Advanced Zen Shiatsu, Idiokinesis & Reiki
This is body work that combines 3 types of hands on healing. It is done with a light touch that balances out the energy running through the body, releases the stress and tension and brings in Life Force Energy into the body that heals the body. It promotes health and longevity. It relieves stress and relaxes the body and mind. It is wonderful as a preventative medicine. It is not deep tissue massage. It is much more subtle and positively effects us at a much deeper, longer lasting level. It is done fully clothed laying on a massage table.
As an intuitive healer with lots of education behind me I can sense, feel, see where your body is having a problem and focus the healing/balancing energy jus where you need it.
