There are many things that are looked at when it comes to energy healing. We are very complex beings. Some issues can be resolved in a few sessions, sometimes one session will do it. But some issues take several sessions. We work in layers mostly because it doesn't benefit a person to remove too much at once there would be an extreme change and that would be upsetting. But energy work or energy healing, energy psychology, energy medicines are much, much faster than traditional psychotherapy and often the underlying reason for therapy not working or taking so long to work is because the root cause is not resolved.
