CO is a creative, expressive process that can be used for private working sessions or for group processing, team building, experiential or institutional work.
It is a combination of movement, drawing, creative writing, witnessing, improvisational, and active listening that is used for personal and interpersonal exploration and development.
CO by passes the analytical mind and brings us in direct contact with our authentic, more genuine selves. It is a wonderful process that encourages each individuals self-expression as it relates to the self and the group.
There are many instances of authentic movement, inspired movement, contemplative movement, group improvisation and collaboration and scoring. These varieties of movement excites the individuals creativity and enhances personal expression.
